Job summary

EAST OF ENGLAND CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help our store deliver outstanding customer care, keep shelves well presented, and maintain compliance. You will join a diverse team actively engaging with the local community and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

You will work with colleagues to ensure availability and presentation while developing your skills through our training programs and supportive environment.

As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) you will be responsible for supporting your store to deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community. You will be working as part of a diverse and motivated team of colleagues who strive to attract and delight new and existing customers every day, supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of our business.
