Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society in Bishop's Itchington is recruiting Customer Service Assistants for our food store team. This 12-hour-per-week role offers a clear pathway to Team Leader and Store Manager positions.

You will deliver friendly service, keep shelves stocked, handle deliveries, and help maintain high food-safety standards. Training and development are provided, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 and staff discounts across our stores.
