Job summary

Wickes in Guildford is seeking a customer service assistant to help shoppers, keep shelves stocked and assist with payments. You will join a supportive team, receive training, benefits and opportunities to grow within a down-to-earth workplace. Shifts include Sunday 09:00-16:30 and Thursday 16:00-20:30.

The pay is age-based: 21+ £12.71/hr, 18-20 £12.00/hr, under 18 £8.82/hr. We offer a gain share bonus up to £300 per month, up to 10% pension contributions, and a generous leave allowance plus

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to deliver high level customer service.
• Must be able to work Sundays and Thursdays as per rota.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain stock and display standards.

The Role...

The role requires availability as follows:

• Sunday: 09:00-16:30
• Thursday: 16:00-20:30

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
