A leading housing association is seeking a motivated Customer Services Assistant for a part-time, temporary role. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery in a busy environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a temporary, part-time vacancy that will close in 12 days at 12:00 BST.
The Association is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Islay, Jura, and Colonsay team, handling day-to-day customer enquiries related to our services.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 National 5s or equivalent qualifications and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
The post-holder will regularly interact with customers, staff, and contractors, so strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills are vital.
