Vacancy: Customer Services Assistant

This is a temporary, part-time vacancy that will close in 12 days at 12:00 BST.

Position Details

• Location: Islay
• Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2026
• Work Pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

The Association is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Islay, Jura, and Colonsay team, handling day-to-day customer enquiries related to our services.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 National 5s or equivalent qualifications and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

The post-holder will regularly interact with customers, staff, and contractors, so strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills are vital.
