The Role

This role is split into two parts: Customer Service Assistant and Pin Technician.

Customer Service Assistant: Deliver outstanding customer experiences, handle bookings, assist with inquiries, host parties, maintain cleanliness, and serve food and drinks.

Pin Technician: Maintain bowling equipment and lanes, perform preventative maintenance, undertake general building repairs, and support a positive team atmosphere.
