Job summary

Wickes in Minworth, United Kingdom, is hiring a store associate focused on delivering a great customer experience. You’ll help customers, manage stock, assist with deliveries, and ensure payments are processed with a friendly smile.

Training and progression opportunities are provided, along with ongoing support to help you grow within the company. Shifts are part-time, 12 hours per week, with options across Wednesday/Saturday or Friday/Sunday and flexibility between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

The Role...

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Shifts, Hours & Requirements

• Weekly Hours: 12 hours per week
• Shift Options:
  • Option 1: Wednesday & Saturday
  • Option 2: Friday & Sunday
  • Flexibility needed between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy total peace of mind with rotas published 3 weeks in advance, making it easy to plan your personal schedule!
• What We’re Looking For: Retail or warehouse experience required, plus an eagerness to do an on the job training course to drive a forklift truck.
