Heart of England Co-operative Society is hiring Customer Service Assistants for Meriden. This 8 hours per week permanent role offers a path to Team Leader and Store Manager positions, with ongoing training to support career growth and opportunities across our expanding store network.

You will deliver friendly service, keep shelves stocked, handle deliveries, and maintain food safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes staff discounts and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do
