Heart of England Co-operative Society in Market Bosworth is recruiting Customer Service Assistants to join our food store. This part-time role is 8 hours per week, with a clear pathway to progression into team leadership and store management roles.

As a Customer Service Assistant you will provide friendly, efficient service, keep shelves stocked and shop floor ready, handle deliveries, and support promotions. The position offers an hourly rate and employee benefits within a growing store network.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly while delivering a great shopping experience:

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every customer
• Keep shelves fully stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready
• Handle deliveries, replenishment, and stock rotation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Support promotions and merchandising activity
• Work as part of a team to achieve store targets

You’ll be visible on the shop floor, ready to help customers and step in wherever needed to keep the store running at pace.
