IKEA Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to be the friendly face at our checkout and returns desk, helping customers with warmth and efficiency.
You’ll greet shoppers, resolve issues, process returns accurately, and support colleagues in a fast-paced store. The role involves 16 or 18 hours over four days, including weekends, with shifts from 10:00 to 21:30. Start date is 27 September; pay is £13.45 per hour with benefits.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the friendly face and supportive voice that turns challenges into solutions and visitors into lifelong fans. Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
16 & 18 hours working 4 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends.
Availability to work between 10.00am until 9.30pm.
