Due to the expansion of our team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time or part-time Customer Service Assistant to join Animed Direct on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will work as part of a contact centre team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.
Animed Direct was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food, and accessories to customers across the UK.

This role is 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts) or 20 hours per week (5 x 4-hour shifts). Preference for working Monday to Friday, with an option to work on Saturdays if it suits you.
Location: Hybrid – The role involves a mixture of working in our Diss office (2 days a week) and from home. Initial training will be two full weeks on-site at the Diss office.
