The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will provide an outstanding experience for our customers. Your duties include booking customers at reception, answering customer questions, identifying sales opportunities, hosting individuals and parties, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing and serving food and drinks.

You will work across various departments, including managing the Laser Arena, hosting Escape Room experiences, overseeing karaoke rooms, and serving drinks at the bar. Each day will be different and fun!

We value efficiency, initiative, friendliness, and exceptional customer service. You should be confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
