Artemis Clarke Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Assistant in Canterbury to provide a friendly and informative reception service for students, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, maintain the reception area's tidiness, and ensure effective use of various systems.
This full-time position offers 43 days' leave, an excellent pension scheme, and a supportive work environment. Ideal applicants will have strong customer service skills and a GCSE in English and Maths.

For much of your shift you will be the sole Customer Services Assistant and therefore it is essential that in addition to having excellent customer service skills, you are able to deal calmly and confidently with all queries and bookings. The role is situated across campus in accommodation areas, academic buildings, central service buildings and campus service buildings and role holders can expect to work in a variety of settings depending on demand.
