Job summary

OurCoop is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant in the UK to provide warm, responsive service at the checkout and on the shop floor. You will help deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences and keep shelves well stocked while maintaining a welcoming store ambience.

The role involves evenings and weekends where required, with training and development opportunities to grow your experience in a busy retail environment.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
