OurCoop in Burford is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help ensure a welcoming, efficient store experience for every customer. You will handle checkouts, assist shoppers, and contribute to a tidy, well-stocked shop environment.

We value friendly, approachable team players who listen, engage with customers, and stay positive during busy periods. Training and development are provided as part of our commitment to excellent service.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
