OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help create a positive shopping experience. You may work in the evenings and weekends to support our customers when they need us most.

You will greet customers, operate the checkout, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming store environment. We value friendly, team-oriented staff who adapt to busy periods and diverse customer needs.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
