Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help create a welcoming store environment and ensure customers have a great experience. You’ll manage till operations, assist with checkout efficiency, and help keep the store well-stocked and inviting.

Shift patterns may include evenings and weekends as part of delivering excellent service, with a focus on a friendly, proactive approach and teamwork to support colleagues during busy periods.
