OurCoop in Bedford is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide a warm, efficient checkout and store experience, including evenings or weekends as needed.

You will help replenish stock, maintain a welcoming shop floor, and support colleagues during busy times. We value diverse, inclusive teams and transferrable skills.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
