Job summary

See-Woo Supermarket in London is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to train toward a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship with Babington. You will work in a busy retail environment, learning practical customer service, till operations, stock replenishment and store presentation.

The apprenticeship runs for about 1 year 3 months, with shifts Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 on weekdays and 11:00–17:00 on Sundays; paid working hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and offering friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Learn product knowledge to guide shoppers effectively.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Support with queries/complaints and escalate as needed.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well presented and labelled.
• Maintain stock counts and accurate levels; support stock rotation.
• Keep shop floor and tills clean and welcoming.
• Follow health & safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high service standards.
• Participate in training, coaching and apprenticeship activities.
• Complete required off-the-job training during paid hours.
