Job description

Salary: £17,270 Per Annum, Upon successful completion of apprenticeship, Salary: £24,255 - £25,876 Plus up to £2000 performance related bonus per annum

Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

During the apprenticeship, you will:

• Work with a Training and Development Coach to develop a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
• Attend monthly, online Masterclasses on topics such as problem solving, customer service and delivering results.
• Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have significant experience of being a customer services adviser within the financial sector.
• Get six hours of study time per week.
• Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.

• Friendly and enjoys building relationships with people.
• Committed to supporting clients using effective communication techniques including asking questions and listening to client responses.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences by working collaboratively across departments to resolve customer enquiries quickly and provide the right solutions, first time.
• Able to keep their product and finance services knowledge up to date.
• Adept at understanding the need to ensure compliance in FCA regulated activities and when amending financial agreements and customer documentation.
• Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• A team player who is enthusiastic and self-motivated and who understands the importance of their role and the role of others in their team.
