Job summary

GTG Training Limited in Ayr is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor for an independent garage. You will learn to receive, store and dispatch vehicle parts, source parts for customers and technicians, and handle enquiries while earning a wage.

You will work toward an SCQF Level 6 in Parts Distribution, gaining hands-on experience and training from GTG. No prior experience required; ideal for motivated learners with English and Maths at National 4 or higher.

Qualifications

• National 4+ English and Maths (or expected to achieve).
• Admin or Computer Studies qualification preferred but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

What You'll Learn

You'll work towards an SCQF Level 6 in Parts Distribution, combining hands-on workplace experience with training and support from GTG. You'll also gain knowledge of basic vehicle technology, sales techniques and parts identification.

What We're Looking For

• National 4 or above in English and Maths (or expected to achieve)
