Red Dot Search in Larbert, Falkirk is recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours/week). This on-site role pays £26,520 basic salary per year, with an uncapped bonus.

Average monthly bonus is around £350, with top performers earning up to £1,000. You will handle pay-as-you-go customer queries, fix issues, and, where appropriate, move customers to a more suitable monthly plan.

Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Larbert, Falkirk

Salary: £26,520 basic, paid monthly, plus an uncapped bonus (current average around £350 a month, top performers up to £1,000 a month)
Location: Larbert, Falkirk (on site)
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours a week
Hours: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 9pm
Start date: Monday 2 November

Good with people and happy to sell when it genuinely helps? You'll join a contact centre in Larbert supporting one of the UK's best-known mobile networks. You'll take calls from pay-as-you-go customers who are having trouble topping up, fix the problem, and where it suits them, move them onto a flexible monthly plan.

What you'll do

• Sort out pay-as-you-go top-up problems quickly and properly
• Ask the right questions to understand how each customer uses their phone
• Recommend a monthly plan where it's a better fit, and explain why
• Work across several systems while keeping the customer experience first
• Work towards sales and customer service targets

Who we're looking for

• No minimum experience needed, but you'll be comfortable with sales and targets: retail, telesales, a phone shop, hospitality upselling or anything with a target all count
• Great customer service and a calm, patient manner
• Confident with technology and happy using multiple systems
• Resilient and curious
• Available to start on Monday 2 November
