Job summary

Candid Recruitment presents a Customer Service Agent opportunity for a client in North Coventry in the Consumer and Trade Flooring industry. Salary £17,500 with excellent benefits and a personal bonus, plus a 3-stage training plan in the first year.

Role involves inbound and outbound calls, live chat selling, and delivering high-quality customer service. Training and progression are provided within the business.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers, dealing with inquiries, services issues, deliveries and purchases.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer service inquiries.
• Spot opportunities to add on additional products to orders.
• Manage live online chat to sell products/services and provide information to help purchases.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs and targets

One of our clients based in North Coventry are in the Consumer and Trade Flooring Industry. They are now seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join their ambitious and expanding contact centre. (Retail experience considered)

Ideally the Customer Service agent will also be genuinely motivated by career progression as you will be provided with a 3 stage training and development plan to progress your career within the business within the first year.

In addition to excellent working environments and great team spirit you will also be provided with an excellent bonus package for exceeding customer expectations.

The successful Customer Service Agents will:

• Take inbound calls from customers, dealing with customer enquiries, customer services issues, deliveries and purchases.
• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on customer service related enquiries.
• Be required to spot opportunities to add on additional products to customer orders.
• Manage live online chat platform with customers to sell products & services and provide product information to help customers make a purchase decision.
• Work towards individual and team KPI’s and Targets.

The successful Customer Service Agent will have:

• Have 1+ years’ experience in a customer focused environment, ideally within a Retail or Call Centre or Contact Centre environment.
• Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve KPI’s or targets.
• Demonstrate clear and effective written and verbal communications skills.
