Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional service at our busy branch. You will handle customer needs, support colleagues and managers, and help ensure vehicles are available where and when needed.

Your role requires multitasking, a calm, can-do attitude, and a Full UK or EU Driving Licence. We offer induction training to cover industry specifics.

• Source vehicles to enable bookings and respond to rental queries.

Salary: £28,734kpa + bonus up to £1,436kpa OTE
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week

Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as a Customer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. Where you really excel is in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (our proven induction training will take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!) to get things done.
