CitySprint UK Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Agent in London. This position involves handling inbound customer calls, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Salary: Up to £26,156
Hours: 40Hours
Shifts: Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm. During training shift will be 8 am to 5 pm.

What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls and dealing with bookings in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact a customer has with the company and you will be representing our company values.
