Help our customers get their holidays off to a fantastic start as one of our trusted Travel Money Advisors. Offering excellent service in our in-store Travel Money bureaus, you'll be part of our Winning Team—where you can truly make a difference.

Role Overview

As the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, you'll need to build strong relationships with customers and provide friendly service that encourages repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle currency transactions with attention to detail.
2. Operate independently most of the time, making confident decisions.
3. Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in finance or cash handling is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Enjoy helping people and have a good eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with large sums of money and figures.
