Bis Henderson Recruitment in Warrington (Appleton) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the night shift team, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 18:00–04:00, and a salary of £30,000. You will help ensure smooth operation of our transport service for a major client and renowned brand.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a small team.
• IT literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for information sharing and issue resolution.
• Develop strong relationships and trust with key contacts.
• Ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes.
• Take ownership from initial order through to delivery.
• Proactively monitor key activities to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate between carriers, warehouse, and delivery points for accurate ETAs.
• Compile and distribute relevant reports and KPIs.
• Manage all day-to-day delivery activity for successful completion.

Customer Service Advisor

Our client are continuing to expand and we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Night shift team. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable role with excellent development prospects in a supportive working environment. You will help ensure the smooth running of our transport operation for a major client and recognised brand.

Role Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact with the customer for information sharing and issue resolution.
• Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts.
• Ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes.
• Take ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful delivery.
• Proactively monitor all areas of key sensitivity ensuring compliance to process and customer request.
• Liaise between carriers, warehouse, customer and delivery points to provide accurate delivery ETA's
• Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI's.
• Manage all on day delivery activity to ensure successful completion.

Key Skills
