Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a proactive Customer Care Administrator to join our office-based team. Based in Hucknall, you will support customers, field teams and internal colleagues with efficient service coordination and accurate admin tasks.

You will handle inquiries, log service activities, process orders and invoices, and maintain documentation with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, service coordination, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with databases/internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
  • High attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Excellent organisational and document management skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work in a team.
  • Desirable: Advanced Excel and experience with project management software.

What We Expect

We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual to join our Customer Care team. This role plays a key part in supporting our customers, field teams, and wider business by ensuring service activities are coordinated efficiently and administrative processes are completed accurately.

This is an office based role.

Monday - Friday: 6am - 14.00 (37.5 hours per week)

What you'll be doing
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Handling customer enquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating and logging service activities using internal systems.
  • Supporting engineers and operational teams with administrative tasks.
  • Processing and maintaining customer, service, and contract information.
  • Managing documentation, reports, and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assisting with customer communications, including service updates and reports.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to support service delivery.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements
