Job summary

E3 Recruitment in Wakefield partners with a leading UK manufacturer to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. The role offers 37 hours per week (7am – 4pm) and a salary up to £30,000, with an 8% pension and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.

You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate with internal and external teams, and support fulfilment, installations, and returns while driving improvements to the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar within a manufacturing organisation.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, face-to-face).
• Experience with order processing software and CRM systems.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage customer enquiries through to resolution.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support fulfilment, logistics, and installations.
• Provide customers with regular updates on orders, deliveries, and service requests.
• Manage returns, complaints, and non-conformance issues, ensuring effective resolution.
• Coordinate sample requests and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities to enhance customer experience.
