Smith and Brock Ltd in Deptford is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our night team. You will be the first point of contact for orders, handling inquiries by phone and email with courtesy and professionalism.

This is a full-time, night-shift role (5pm–2am), 40 hours per week. No prior experience is required as we will train you; what matters is the right attitude, reliability, and eagerness to help customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is not required but preferred
• Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can also work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, issues, and complaints by phone and email
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily ordering
• Identify and resolve problems to prevent escalation
• Promote seasonal products to customers where relevant

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team during the night. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care and professionalism we’re known for. If you have a passion for great service, strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need previous experience in customer service (but if you have is also good!), we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What you will be doing:

• Working shift patterns: 5pm to 2am (this is a night shift)
• Available to work ASAP
