Customer Service Advisor - IKEA Peterborough

We are expanding our team at IKEA Peterborough Customer Support Centre and are seeking full-time Customer Service Advisors to join us.

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy delivering high-quality support and thrive in a dynamic environment with varied tasks?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice our customers rely on through phone calls, online chat, emails, and social media. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and turning complaints into opportunities to create a positive IKEA experience. We see challenges as a chance to brighten our customers’ day.

What We Offer
  • Start date: 23rd June 2025
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 (£25,552.80 annually)
  • 39 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, including every 2nd weekend, with shifts between 07:00 – 20:15
  • After 3-6 months, opportunity to apply for hybrid working (minimum 1 day in the office)
