Job summary

Angard Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support Royal Mail at our Sunderland site on a temporary 12-week basis. The role involves around 37.5 hours per week, typically between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, with Saturdays required.

A three-week mandatory training must be completed with no annual leave during training. You will provide first-time solutions by phone and email, handle calls and complaints, and aim for high-quality service throughout your shift.
