Anderson Knight Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Collections) in Glasgow to join a respected organisation. The role focuses on helping customers, building rapport, and finding practical solutions within a supportive environment.

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor (Collections) on behalf of a respected and well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys helping customers, building rapport, and finding practical solutions in a supportive and professional environment.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence. Previous collections experience is beneficial, but we would also welcome applications from candidates with a strong customer service background who are passionate about delivering excellent service.

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working available following training and probation)
Salary: £26,000
Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern

• Rotational shift pattern


• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (3 weeks) and 12:00pm – 8:00pm (1 week)


• 1 in 4 weekends (with a day off in lieu provided)

Key Responsibilities
