Job summary

FMG Repair Services Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Parts Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover in our Sheffield site. 42.5 hours per week with a salary of £28,809 per annum plus bonus. You will book vehicles, update customers, arrange courtesy cars, and manage parts stock while handling payments.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong liaison with customers, the bodyshop and third parties to ensure excellent service.

Position: Customer Service Advisor/Parts Advisor

Maternity Cover - 12 months

Salary: £28,809 per annum + Bonus

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Parts Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site.

As part of a team of specialists, you’ll play a key role in our busy Bodyshop, supporting both customers and workshop operations. Responsibilities include booking vehicles in for repair, providing customer updates, arranging courtesy cars, managing parts stock, booking parts to workshop jobs and maintaining accurate stock control. You’ll also handle financial transactions and ensure pricing and inventory records are kept up to date. This is a fast-paced and exciting environment, offering a great opportunity to utilise your skills and make a real difference. A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.

As the first point of contact you will liaise directly with the customer, the bodyshop and any third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.
