Job summary

FMG Repair Services Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Parts Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover in our Sheffield site. 42.5 hours per week with a salary of £28,809 per annum plus bonus. You will book vehicles, update customers, arrange courtesy cars, and manage parts stock while handling payments.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong liaison with customers, the bodyshop and third parties to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and parts operations.
• Ability to manage parts stock and pricing records.
• Strong communication with customers, workshop teams and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in for repair and provide customer updates.
• Arrange courtesy cars and manage parts stock.
• Ensure accurate stock control and pricing records.
• Process financial transactions related to service and parts.
• Coordinate with the workshop to schedule parts to jobs.
• Liaise with customers and third parties to deliver a great experience.
