Customer Service Advisor – Salford Quays
What You Will Do
Please note this role requires a rotating shift pattern of 2 days/2 nights/4 days off. Based in our Customer Monitoring Centre at Salford Quays, Manchester, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it’s handling account queries, providing technical support, or responding to live monitoring needs, you’ll build strong relationships and take full ownership of every enquiry.
