The Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock

Salary: £20,868 (32 hour week)

The Impact you will have:

  • Follow company health and safety guidelines at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers.
  • Deliver industry-leading business performance to exceed regional targets by supporting the Regional Service Controllers with engineer productivity, work and time management, effective call handling, expectations, and SLAs.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers, keeping them informed and managing their expectations.
  • Prioritize and schedule all work activities to meet customer expectations and drive efficiency in accordance with the company’s contractual requirements and KPIs. Support the Regional Service Controllers with forward planning of resources, including Vehicle off Road, Non-Vehicle off Road, inspections (LOLERS), and liaising with third-party service providers where necessary.
  • Optimize engineers’ working days to ensure productive hours are maximized while reducing travel between jobs to lower the company's carbon emissions (VMS).
