Job summary

Trading Depot, part of the IBMG Group, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Maidenhead team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and webchat, resolving issues, and liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure outstanding service.
