Customer Service Advisor Role:

As an advisor, you will assist inbound calls from existing customers, supporting a range of queries. These may involve customers within the last 6 months of their contract who want to leave or customers seeking to upgrade.

You will work to drive sales through effective questioning and promote additional products and services such as mobile phone contracts, home broadband, tablets, sim cards, and more!

Pay:

£25,480 per annum.
