SSE plc is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor for their contact centre located in Havant. This role involves assisting customers experiencing power outages and providing vital support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, working weekends to ensure customer satisfaction.
Base Location:Havant, Penner road
Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 pro rata + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team!
The Customer Contact Centre is the first point of contact for any customers who are experiencing a power cut or external electrical issues. We work in all hours, and through all weathers, ensuring our customers are never without power.
Our Customer Service Call Advisors are at the heart of our business; you're often the first person our customers speak to, and so we need passionate, enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team.
Our contact centre is open 24/7. This role will be weekend work – Saturday and Sunday, two 8 hour shifts scheduled between 07:00am and 23:00pm.
