The Customer Service Advisor is an integral part of the Watson Team, a fast-paced customer service team responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to customers in the UK.
Reporting to the customer service team leader, the Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
