About Us

The Collecting Group (TCG) isn't your average company; we're a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We're redefining the auction industry with our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting. As we expand in the UK, we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting businesses to provide excellent customer support both locally and internationally. Your experience in a customer-facing role will help us enhance our support capabilities, assist customers pre and post-auction, and identify opportunities for process improvement and sales growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the collection of watches with buyers, sellers, and couriers to ensure smooth transactions.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone about watch and car auctions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and positive experiences.
  4. Accurately record customer interactions and case details in Salesforce.
  5. Identify and resolve customer issues proactively, escalating complex problems as needed.
  6. Support during live auctions by handling customer requests and ensuring seamless processes.
  7. Stay updated on changes to our terms and conditions.
  8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.
  9. Collaborate with sales, tech, and other departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  10. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in client or customer service roles.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Attention to detail and proactive issue detection.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
