We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Advisor, based in Jersey.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be holding face-to-face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs. Delivering a personalized and friendly service every day. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations - determining the best way we can support them.
This role will require you to be flexible, well-organized, and happy to work in a dynamic environment.
