Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Property Management Centre in Liverpool. In this role, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Salary: £25,150

Key responsibilities:

The main purpose of your role is to support property management and tenancy administration for branches, landlords, and tenants. You will coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring works are completed on time and to standard, and arrange statutory safety checks.

Skills and experience required:
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
