A successful legal firm based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be confident on the telephone, able to liaise with clients at all levels, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:
