Shift Times: Flexible work patterns to cover 8am-8pm on weekdays, 8am-6pm on weekends

Pay Rate:

Location: Lytham, FY8 4TS

Job Purpose / Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver a first-class customer experience to help make NS&I the UK's most trusted savings provider. Working in a fast-paced contact centre, the role requires a positive approach to customer service, good communication and computer skills, and openness to learning. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer: Help resolve queries on first contact, meet quality and satisfaction standards, participate in training and coaching.
• People: Live the values towards colleagues and customers, ensure a safe and respectful environment, engage in wellbeing activities.
• Transformation: Handle ad hoc duties, act on customer feedback and technical issues, support change activities.
