Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Service / Sales Advisor based near Coleshill, Birmingham. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and Salesforce, and processing orders and quotations in SAP.

Working Monday to Friday (38.75 hours) with early finish Fridays, you will liaise with sales, purchasing, warehousing and supply chain to check stock, lead times and resolve invoice queries, certificates and complaints while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Customer Service / Sales Advisor

Coleshill, Birmingham (Commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Coventry, Nuneaton, Walsall, Redditch)
