We are looking for Customer Service Advisors!
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support clients going through the remortgage process. Your role will involve assisting with a range of queries, ensuring service level agreements are met, and providing the highest standard of client care.
You will be chasing up documentation and details required for the files and will be corresponding with banks and other third parties.
The role involves administrative tasks such as processing documents and inputting data. You will be working in a volume environment with deadlines to enable the caseload to be completed promptly.
Previous customer service experience, which could be from retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds.
Exceptional communication skills and confidence over the phone.
Passionate about customer service and delivering excellent experiences.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
An excellent team player.
