About The Role

Are you the type of person who enjoys regularly interacting with customers, offering support with inquiries and seamlessly converting them into sales? If so, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills gained in a busy operational environment to join our team and help us deliver our customer promise - to delight every customer, every time.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service while using product knowledge and expertise to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with our national customers via telephone, email, and responding to website requests. Key duties include:

  1. Manage customer orders and queries
  2. Deliver accurate and timely hire contact administration throughout the hire process according to SLAs
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  4. Identify and resolve customer problems by investigating issues, developing solutions, and ensuring resolution or escalation
  5. Collaborate with and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders across the business
  6. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures
  7. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  8. Ensure all reporting and administration, including CRM, are accurate and submitted on time

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably handling inbound order/sales inquiries and successfully completing transactions
  • Experience developing and utilizing product knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills, including negotiating and influencing
  • The ability to make judgments and decisions independently within company policies
  • A collaborative team approach
  • A flexible, adaptable attitude to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and process enhancement
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office and enthusiasm for learning new IT systems
