Ipswich is situated in the heart of the town with regular bus and train links direct to the town. You will get the opportunity to work in the Ipswich branch alongside our dual site in Woodbridge. As a Manager, I’m looking to attract someone who has the same passion in providing exceptional customer service to join our well-established, diverse team of 11 colleagues who are all passionate about supporting customers with their financial needs at first point of contact. You will go through the onboarding journey and given support with your continuous personal development. No two days are the same and your responsibilities will include day to day interactions with customers, providing support for savings, mortgage and Home insurance needs as well as providing a fantastic experience to both customers and colleagues a like.
