Customer Service Advisor - Colchester

£23,800 basic p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus.

Working Monday to Friday (between 9am to 6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am to 1pm), full-time 37.5 hours per week. No experience necessary as we provide full training!

We offer a basic salary of £23,800 p/a for full-time hours, with pro-rata pay for part-time, plus a quarterly bonus allowing you to earn up to £27,800 per year. Benefits include working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate.

Start date: 23rd June 2025. You will undergo a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy, with ongoing development opportunities to grow your career in the Insurance industry.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email, requiring attention to detail, quick learning, and a positive attitude.
2. Managing high call volumes efficiently, meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
3. Working well in a team, supporting colleagues, and achieving team goals while having fun.
